Ringwood Raceway, Matchams β’ Saturday 8th November 2025
Sponsored by Tony Smith Kitchens
Thereβs only one night on the banger racing calendar that truly matters β The Rookie Banger Championship of the World, and itβs back for its 21st anniversary at the legendary Ringwood Raceway, Matchams (BH24 2BT).
On Saturday 8th November 2025, more than 150 drivers from across the UK will go head-to-head for the most coveted title in rookie banger racing β the Gold Roof. Expect chaos, crashes, and pure adrenaline as the 2025 season reaches its explosive finale.
π₯ The Event

Spectators are urged to arrive early β this one fills up fast. Last year the stands were packed long before the first green flag dropped, and organisers expect record-breaking crowds again this year.

βThereβs no better sound than 60 gladiators in the ring, all gunning for that gold roof,β said event organiser Craig. βThe atmosphere is electric β itβs everything banger racing is about.β
